Chai Spiced Chocolate

  1. Grind cardamom, fennel seeds and cloves in a coffee grinder.
  2. Melt ghee in a double boiler, add the ground spices, cinnamon and salt and mix well. Then add chocolate.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted, pour it into mold then pop in fridge until solid.
  4. Enjoy this amazing chocolate.
