- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, pepper, turmeric and stir-fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes. If the chicken begins to release water, increase heat to high and continue to stir-fry.
- While the chicken is cooking, combine the dijon mustard, honey and 1 tablespoon of oil together in a small bowl.
- When the chicken is done, turn off the heat. Then pour the honey mustard sauce overtop and mix well.
- Sprinkle with additional freshly ground black pepper if desired, then serve.
