  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pack the mixture into a tablespoon – then slide it out and place on a plate. Repeat 8-9 more times.
  3. Place the macaroons in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the cookies are solid.
  4. Enjoy cold or at room temperature.
  5. Store the macaroons in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
