- 1 cup cashew milk
- ½ inch knob ginger, grated
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 3 medjool dates, pit removed, soaked in hot water for a few minutes
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
I keep peeled frozen ginger in the freezer. It’s much easier to grate when frozen, though fresh is also fine.
