Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Trim the end of the enoki mushroom cluster and split into 7 (or more) small bundles.

Wrap the bacon around the mushrooms and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until your bacon is done. This may take a few minutes longer depending on the thickness of the bacon.

Serve with coconut aminos.
