  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • ½ inch knob ginger grated
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 3 medjool dates pit removed, soaked in hot water for a few minutes


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


I keep peeled frozen ginger in the freezer. It’s much easier to grate when frozen, though fresh is also fine.
