Ingredients
Crust:

almond flour

tablespoon
ghee
▢

egg
▢
1
tablespoon
honey
▢
¼
teaspoon
baking soda
▢
Pinch
of salt
Figs:
▢
10-12
figs
cut however you want
▢
1
teaspoon
honey
adjust to taste
Instructions
Mix together all of the crust ingredients and put in a greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until golden.
To prepare figs, drizzle honey on figs and broil for about five minutes.
Add figs to crust and enjoy!
Notes
If your figs are not very ripe or sweet then you'll want to add more honey.
