Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 celery ribs finely chopped
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Using a small disher, scoop the meat and roll into small balls.
  • Place them on baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and reach a temperature of 165F.
  • Broil the meatballs for 1-2 minutes, or until the tops brown a bit.
  • Serve with cranberry sauce if desired.
