Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds grassfed beef blade chuck roast or whatever roast you prefer
- 2 medium onions approx. 3 cups, chopped
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 1 large serrano pepper minced
- 1 14.5 ounce can organic diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
