Preheat oven to 350º F and lightly grease the bottom and sides of a glass baking dish or a brownie pan with ghee.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to your blender - and blend until smooth.
Pour in the dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
Mix in the chocolate chips and then pour the batter into the pan.*
Bake for 25 minutes - or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting.
Store brownies in a container in the fridge.
