Ingredients
- 2 cups of black tea 4 black tea bags and 2 cups of hot water
- 2 tablespoons ghee or coffee++
- Sweetener of choice to taste (I use 2 tablespoons coconut sugar)
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground fennel seed
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the drink if desired, then serve.
