Strawberry Grapefruit Punch

This strawberry grapefruit punch is the most refreshing cocktail you’ll have this summer! The citrus is cooling, the berries are sweet and together, they create the most vibrant pink!

This punch is fresh, fruity, bubbly, sweet and the right amount of tart. Plus, it is super simple to make! You just toss a few ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Then add some club soda or sparkling water right before your guests arrive. That’s it!

I wanted this to be a really easy cocktail recipe because these days, I don’t have have time to serve fancy-schmancy drinks. As much as I love my cocktail shaker, I can’t remember the last time I used it. When we entertain, I’ve found that I just don’t have the time or patience to make individual drinks any more, so punch and pitchers are what’s up at our house.

Oh and forget simple syrup. I’ve figured out an easier solution! I add cane sugar to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients: fresh strawberries, grapefruit, sparkling water, and the new Stoli Crushed.

Stoli Vodka has been a staple on our bar cart for years and so when I heard about their new line of real fruit juice vodkas, I had to try it out! If you haven’t heard of Stoli Crushed, it is vodka + real fruit juice, so all you really need to do is add some club soda and ice for a super simple, delicious cocktail. We don’t have juice in our house at all times and so having this vodka is so perfect, especially when we have last minute visitors, which is actually pretty often. Roby and I love to host, so if he gets off work early – we’re always inviting friends over for an impromptu super casual dinner party or barbecue.

When I have a little time to prepare though, I like making something a little special – like this bubbly cocktail:

I am all about taking shortcuts and combining vodka and real fruit juice in a bottle is basically the best kind of shortcut. If you’re having a barbecue, freeze some of your cut up watermelon to make frozen watermelon cubes! These fruity ice cubes will definitely add a festive summer feel to your drink 🙂

Right now, there are two Stoli Crushed flavors: Ruby Red Grapefruit and Pineapple. I love all things grapefruit, so that’s my personal favorite. Crossing my fingers for new flavors!
