I have a lot of Instant Pot Indian recipes on my blog and so many of them are vegetarian! Today, I’m sharing my CURRENT favorites with you!
I wrote a roundup post with my Indian Instant Pot recipes the other day but today, I want to focus on vegetarian recipes! Sooo…
I’m sharing my CURRENT favorite instant pot Indian vegetarian recipes with you guys today!
If you can’t tell, I’m placing major emphasis on the word current lol. This list is bound to change as I continue to develop more recipes – so stay tuned for new blog posts. You can check out ALL of my Instant Pot Indian Vegetarian Recipes here – they are all so tasty!
If you are vegetarian, then Indian cuisine is a MUST!
The number of Indian vegetarian dishes are honestly endless. I am not a vegetarian but I have a lot of family and friends who are and I actually eat a lot of vegetarian food often simply because many Indian dishes just so happen to be vegetarian.
In fact, when I wrote my cookbook, Indian Food Under Pressure, I didn’t even realize how many of the recipes were naturally vegetarian and vegan. Out of the 60 recipes in my cookbook, 43 of the recipes are vegetarian and most of those recipes just so happen to be vegan or can easily be made vegan.
And FYI – I didn’t include any desserts in this list because if I did then the entire list would be filled with sweets lol. I have a major sweet-tooth. You can find all of my Instant Pot Indian dessert recipes here!
Also, these are in no special order. My “favorite recipes” change often – like daily… or hourly. So really, this list is just what I feel like eating at this exact moment lol.
