I have never dealt with fresh nutmeg, which is called for in your fabulous spicy beef and butternut squash dish. How do you prep it? Peel, cut in half, grate it? And what is a handful amount? I didn’t know it is even available….where?
I made the Keema Curry (80/20 lean beef) in Instant Pot Duo. The taste and flavor was wonderful but the Keema became LUMPY. That was a big disappointment. Can you tell me why this happened and how to correct it next time? Thanks.
I just picked my first two fresh okra from my garden this afternoon. I searched and found your Indian okra recipe. OMG it was delicious. I did modify a bit, using bacon grease and added some Curry and Ginger finally also added some diced fresh tomatoes and a tiny jalapeno. I’ve saved this recipe because my okra will be coming on strong I’ve got plenty of tomatoes to pick so I’ll be in hog heaven from my garden.
You can add dry pudding mix to the Aldi cake mix and make the cake any flavor as well as adding a cup of sour cream and a tea of vanilla an it makes a very moist cake. I make them for friends and family and you can’t tell it is gluten free and I make a chocolate ganache icing.
