My eBOOK is here!! I am so excited to introduce…
South Asian Persuasion: 100+ Grain-free, Paleo-friendly recipes
Yes, you can have your Naan and Eat it too!
I have been working on this eCookbook for nearly a year – trying new recipes, testing and then re-testing them. There are some recipes in here that I didn’t think I could recreate to be grain-free or paleo-friendly… but I did. And they turned out SO well.
In this eBook, you’ll find 100+ Paleo Indian recipes, which means that ALL recipes in this eBook are gluten-free, grain-free, lactose-free, casein-free. The ONLY dairy used in this eBook is GHEE, a Paleo-friendly fat (that you can substitute if you really need to).
Here are some brand new recipes that I’m really excited about:
- Coconut Flour Naan (this recipe also calls for tapioca)
- Gulab Jamun (2 versions, one is nut-free!)
- Jalebis (omg…)
- Pakoras (two types!)
- Dairy-free PANEER (gasp!)
- Dosas (what?! yes!)
- Dairy-free Dahi
- Dahi Vada
- Vadas
- Papri Chaat (ahhhmazing)
- Chicken Tikka
- Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala
- Chicken Korma (Yaasss!)
- Chilli Chicken (spicy fried chicken!)
- Chicken Rezala (Indian Chicken Alfredo)
- Murgh Musallam (stunner)
- Biryani
- Gobi Musallam (the emoticon with hearts for eyes)
- Vindaloo
- Rogan Josh
- Keema
- AND so much more!

Hi Ashley,
I truly wish a hard copy print of your Asian Persuasion could be available, for those who prefer not to be dealing with screens in regards to recipes.
Any plans to self publish one in the future?
Thank you for all the work you that you put into your recipes!!!

Hi Elisa! Thank you so much for the interest! I’m not sure if I’ll self publish this ebook… to be honest, self publishing is pretty costly (as I learned after self publishing my Indian Food Under Pressure cookbook) and with the 100+ recipes in this ebook, the amount I’d have to charge for the actual book to just break even would be far too high. I know it’s a pain but I have heard from others who have printed this out and got it bound at a local print shop/staples/etc.
