Oh my goodness. This Creamy Cashew Cardamom Smoothie is one of the best smoothies I’ve made to date. It’s sweet, smooth, and absolutely decadent. If you like cashews and cardamom – you’re going to love this.
This recipe calls for just four ingredients: cashews, almond milk (try my homemade almond milk recipe), a frozen banana and freshly ground cardamom seeds. You can use cardamom powder too – but freshly ground spices are always more flavorful.
If you want something dessert-like but without the guilt, then this is the drink to make. The cashews and almond milk add a creaminess to the drink and when you combine that with cardamom – it’s over the top deliciousness. The frozen banana makes this creamy drink nice and cold – it’s kinda like drinking melted ice-cream. In fact, I’d bet this would make excellent frozen pops.

Creamy Cashew Cardamom Smoothie
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender, secure lid and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
