Giving up bad habits is hard. I think the hardest thing I’ve ever had to give up was my daily “morning” diet coke (I know… gross. Now, I can’t believe I used to drink that stuff). These days, I follow a Paleo diet template, so I do a pretty good job of avoiding gluten, dairy, and refined sugar (note* I do eat way too much honey and maple syrup). Still, I think that taking part in a nutritional reset every once in a while helps me feel better. It helps me realize what other bad habits I have yet to break. Planning for a reset can be tricky, which is why I’ve teamed up with my Paleo blogging friends to put together some Whole30-Friendly Slow Cooker Recipes.
Hopefully this list of slow cooker recipes will make your life a bit easier when planning your Whole30 this year. Good Luck!
